Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Marmle (“Marmle”, “we”, “us”), a product of Jolt Labs, a trade name owned by Ansh Dubey and registered as a sole proprietorship in British Columbia, Canada. The Services include the website at marmle.com, Marmle meetings, Marmle Notes, the Marmle agent and anything related (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a business or other organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms, and “you” includes it.

1. The Services

Marmle is a video meeting platform. Guests join a meeting from a link without an account; meetings can be recorded and turned into transcripts and notes; and each member can have an AI agent that drafts follow-up work and, once approved, carries it out in the tools they connect.

Marmle is in preview. Features may change, be limited or be removed while we build it, and the Services are free during the preview unless we tell you otherwise.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@marmle.com if you think someone else has used it.

If you create or manage a team, you decide who joins it, and the people you add can see the team’s shared meetings and notes.

3. Meetings, recording and consent

If you host a meeting, you are responsible for how it is used. If you record it, you must tell the people in it and get their consent wherever the law requires it, including under Canada’s privacy laws. Do not record someone who has told you they do not want to be recorded where the law gives them that choice.

If you join a meeting that is being recorded, you can ask the host to stop recording, or leave.

4. AI features and the agent

Transcripts, notes, summaries and everything the agent drafts are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Check them before you rely on them or send them on.

The agent does not send, post, pay, book or change anything outside Marmle until you approve it. You are responsible for the actions you approve, as if you had taken them yourself, and for following the rules of each tool and website the agent works in for you. Bots you set up run on their schedule and follow the same rule: anything outward waits for your approval.

5. Connected tools and other services

When you connect a tool, your use of it through Marmle is also governed by that tool’s own terms. Marmle is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with the companies whose tools you connect; their names and logos belong to them. Those companies can change or withdraw access at any time, and we are not responsible for what stops working when they do.

6. Your content

You own what you bring to Marmle and what it makes for you: recordings, transcripts, notes, messages and files (“Your Content”). You give Jolt Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Services to you, including sending it to the AI providers and tools the Services use on your behalf.

You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed for Your Content, including the consent of the people in your recordings where the law requires it, and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Break any law, or record anyone in breach of the law;
  • Harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone;
  • Send spam or run deceptive or coordinated inauthentic activity;
  • Have the agent get around a website’s or tool’s access controls, or collect data at scale where that is not allowed;
  • Upload malware, probe or attack the Services, or interfere with their security or performance;
  • Get around usage limits, or copy, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Services.

We may suspend or close an account that we believe in good faith breaks this section.

8. Plans and payment

When paid plans are offered, we will show the price before you are charged. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. A plan includes a monthly amount of agent use; when it runs out, the agent waits until the next month unless you change your plan.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription by emailing hello@marmle.com. Renewals are not refundable except where the law requires. You are responsible for applicable taxes, including GST/HST and provincial sales taxes.

9. Our property

Jolt Labs owns the Services, including the software, design and the Marmle name and marks. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the Services. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. JOLT LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT A MEETING WILL ALWAYS CONNECT OR BE RECORDED, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, JOLT LABS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ABOUT THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Jolt Labs’s losses and reasonable legal costs from claims arising out of Your Content, actions you approved, your breach of these Terms or of a connected tool’s terms, or your breach of the law.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services at any time, and ask us to delete your account at hello@marmle.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if continuing would put the Services or other people at risk. Sections 6 and 9 to 14 continue to apply after your access ends.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or on the website at least 15 days before they take effect; using the Services after that means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of British Columbia. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Jolt Labs about the Services.
